Align technical and documentary requirements with hiring managers to fill positions. Provide support in actively sourcing physicians who match the profile of open positions. Conduct interviews with candidates, presenting the company, its values, and policies. Review documentation submitted by physician candidates to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Forward approved physicians to the hospital registration process and to the management system. Support scheduling and monitoring of the professional’s onboarding at the healthcare facility. Control and organize received documents, ensuring traceability and information security.
