Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying and monitoring delivery scheduling, preparing vehicles for customers, and ensuring wash quality. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor daily vehicle delivery scheduling 2. Prepare vehicles for the Special Delivery Moment to customers 3. Perform quality wash checklist - Verify and monitor daily delivery schedule and dealership delivery agenda report; - Prepare the vehicle for delivery during the Special Delivery Moment on the day prior to customer handover. Organize and prepare delivery for each vehicle model, bearing in mind that vehicles have different features and delivery time varies per vehicle; consider that each customer requires different time to understand presented items; - Notify Technical Assistance and/or Parts departments in cases of identified damages and/or mechanical issues; - Perform quality wash checklist to ensure cleaning standards prior to vehicle handover to the customer; - And other routine tasks within the department.
