"The purpose of the Social Responsibility Analyst is to plan, execute, and monitor actions that generate positive social, environmental, and ethical impact, aligning the business with sound ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices and with the expectations of the community, customers, employees, and suppliers." To put this purpose into practice, the following qualifications are required: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Prior volunteer experience or involvement in community projects is a plus; * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology/Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Ability to prepare reports and record social indicators, along with proficiency in administrative routines; * Intermediate knowledge of corporate email systems, digital office suites, and calendar tools; * Class B driver's license with driving experience, availability for travel, and willingness to work at internal and external events, especially on weekends.
