Description: What do you need to have? * Education: Completed High School. * Desired: Ongoing or completed Technical Education in Administration, Logistics, Automotive Maintenance Engineering, and/or related fields. * Experience in fleet area. * Specific Knowledge: * Office Suite * Intermediate Excel * Desirable: * 5S Program * Basic Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance * Tire Tread Measurement * Vehicle and Equipment Checklists On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include: * Provide assistance by performing routine, pre-established support activities for the unit's fleet department, contributing to smooth operations and vehicle/equipment availability, aiming at operational stability, goal achievement, and result optimization. * Daily review of checklists completed by drivers. * Provide direct support to immediate supervisor at yard and fuel station. * Daily monitoring of trailers scheduled for washing. * Receive retreaded and new tires from suppliers, record their codes, and send them for storage in the warehouse. * Receive used tires from trailers and trucks in the fleet that were replaced by tire technicians. * Assist in other related fleet department activities as requested by the immediate supervisor. 2511080202181857166
