




Job Summary: A professional responsible for administrative and billing activities, including issuing, organizing, and archiving documents, as well as providing support to contracting companies. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and documentary support 2. Billing and collections management 3. Communication with contracting companies 1\. Issuing analytical reports and other necessary documents. 2\. Making copies of documents upon request, ensuring their integrity and confidentiality. 3\. Organizing and archiving departmental documents, ensuring easy access and traceability of information. 4\. Delivering physical documents to internal departments as required by operational demand. 5\. Conducting searches in the billing system regarding beneficiary usage to fulfill requests from contracting companies. 6\. Issuing discount letters to correct inaccurate copayment charges, based on data analysis and validation. 7\. Generating occasional billing related to disputes raised by other Unimeds. 8\. Generating, sending, and validating monthly billing files for contracting companies and Unimeds within established deadlines and standards. 9\. Keeping the manager informed about actions, ongoing tasks, and results of activities under their responsibility. 10\.
