Stay current on industry trends, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems. Organize and maintain an up-to-date document archive with standardized, easily accessible files to ensure effective execution of activities and readiness for internal and external audits. Plan activities for Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments, set team goals aligned with corporate objectives, and conduct performance indicator review meetings and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement. Manage onboarding integration of new employees regarding Quality processes (onboarding documents / training matrix / operational training). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical, Food, Production, etc.), Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience implementing Quality Management Systems per ABNT NBR ISO 9001. * Knowledge of physical-chemical and microbiological laboratory analysis areas; * Familiarity with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, YSI, TAN, pH, Karl Fischer titration, etc.) * ABNT NBR ISO 9001 – Quality Management System (QMS) * ISO/IEC 17025 – General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories * ISO 22716 – Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Cosmetics * FSSC 22000 Certification (ISO/TS 22002, ISO 22000, and additional requirements) * Good Manufacturing Practices for food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products * Continuous Improvement tools: PDCA, 5W2H, among others. * HACCP/HARPC – Risk analysis. * Aseptic fermentation;
