We are looking for an **E2G II Production Operator - Pretreatment** to join the **EAB** team in **Barra Bonita, SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Operate pretreatment areas in the field; * Act as backup for the Production Operator III, assuming their responsibilities during absences; * Perform valve maneuvers and monitor equipment shutdowns/startups (pumps, agitators, motors, and reducers); * Carry out equipment safety lockout (LOTO) and internal cleaning; * Inspect process lines to identify potential anomalies; * Conduct sensory analysis of equipment (vibration, temperature, noise); * Evaluate equipment performance, ensuring process quality; * Perform minor repairs (valve maintenance, replacement of consumable items, welding on piping and sheet metal work); * Collect and analyze samples (solids, pH, temperature, concentration); * Replenish production inputs when necessary; * Monitor production indicators and control variables, reporting deviations; * Complete operation checklists and take corrective actions when applicable; * Use company management tools to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed High School education; * Technical training (completed or in progress); * Experience in field operations within an industrial environment (Sugar & Alcohol, Chemical, or Paper & Pulp); * Availability to work a 5x1 shift schedule and rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night); * Residence in Barra Bonita SP, Igaraçu do Tiete SP, Mineiro do Tiete SP, Dois Corregos SP, Jau SP, São Manuel SP, Lenções Paulista SP, or Macatuba SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (others may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration—completion of this form and additional data if required. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—more technical discussion to further explain daily tasks and challenges.
