Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on best practices and equipment-specific requirements. * Analyze failure and performance histories to identify improvement opportunities in maintenance strategies. * Control resources required for maintenance activities, including materials, tools, and labor. * Collaborate in defining the maintenance budget and monitoring expenses. * Develop and track maintenance performance indicators (KPIs), such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). * Prepare reports and presentations on maintenance performance for management. * Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders and intervention reports. * Ensure all maintenance practices comply with applicable safety standards and regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of maintenance management systems and data analysis tools. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Experience with SAP modules PM and MM. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
