HR metrics management with a focus on BI and data analysis **Join our team!** We are looking for an HR Supervisor to lead our people management area, promoting development, innovation, and strategic results. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute payroll processes for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, benefits, vacations, terminations, and labor and social security charges; * Manage and monitor electronic time tracking systems, performing verifications, adjustments, resolution of inconsistencies, and integration with payroll; * Ensure accurate calculation of working hours, time banks, overtime, absences, and leaves, in compliance with current legislation and internal policies; * Manage, analyze, and present HR metrics using BI concepts to support decision-making; * Develop and monitor reports and dashboards covering metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, personnel costs, and performance; * Lead and monitor performance evaluation processes, supporting managers and employees; * Utilize the Sólides platform for performance management, behavioral profiling, IDPs (Individual Development Plans), and other HR routines; * Operate the Mastermaq (KEVO) system for HR administration and payroll routines; * Supervise the HR team, promoting process standardization, legal compliance, and continuous improvement; * Support HR subsystems (RS, TD, organizational climate). **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or Senior Analyst in organizations with large employee populations; * Solid experience in payroll processing, labor charges, and time tracking; * Experience with Mastermaq (KEVO); * Practical knowledge of the Sólides platform; * Experience applying BI to HR and analyzing HR metrics; * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, database analysis); * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and strategic vision. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with the Sólides platform and Mastermaq system. * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 (on-site) **Work Location:** Horto/BH We value and promote diversity in all its forms — gender, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or any other characteristic.
