Their work with data and metrics helps the team achieve goals with greater quality, agility, and consistency, driving company growth and performance.” To put this purpose into practice, the following competencies are required: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel (using company vehicle); * Analytical skills related to data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation; * Knowledge of process mapping and analysis: BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), Bizagi, or Camunda; * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies: Lean Manufacturing/Lean Office, Six Sigma (Green Belt), PDCA, Kaizen, 5S.
