WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Assemble and finish dishes requested by customers in your assigned area (appetizers, salads, and desserts) according to exclusive recipes, using items pre-prepared by the Cold Line Kitchen Assistant; * Maintain confidentiality of ingredients and procedures involved throughout the process, ensuring the final product meets the company’s quality standards; * Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing your work area per food production best practices guidelines, ensuring food quality.
