Job Summary:
The professional will lead trainings, incentive campaigns, monitor KPIs, manage SAP and BW tools, and control merchandising inventory to optimize resources and brand presence.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Training & Campaigns: Lead advanced training sessions and incentive campaigns for field teams, ensuring excellence in execution.
* KPI Monitoring (INE): Monitor, analyze, and present results to senior management, proposing corrective actions focused on point-of-sale performance.
* Tool Management: Use SAP at an advanced level to ensure accurate financial and administrative postings, and conduct strategic analyses with BW.
* Inventory Control: Manage merchandising materials to prevent stockouts and optimize resources, ensuring brand presence at the point of sale.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree (postgraduate degree preferred)
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with SAP, BI, and BW
* Brazilian driver's license (Category B)
