Join the Netway Group and leave your mark by making history with us. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **PERFORM BASIC INSTALLATIONS OF INTERNET, TV, AND TELEPHONY SERVICES:** For residential and commercial customers, following established technical standards. **CARRY OUT SIMPLE CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE:** On networks and equipment, reporting more complex issues to supervisors. **SUPPORT THE TEAM IN CONFIGURATION ACTIVITIES:** Of modems, routers, and network devices. **ENSURE PROPER USE OF TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND VEHICLES:** Provided for work purposes. **MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND COURTEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE:** Reinforcing the company’s image. **COMPLY WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY REGULATIONS:** And use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). **2. POSITION REQUIREMENTS** Prior experience (preferred) in basic telecommunications installation and maintenance activities. Basic knowledge of internet networks, cabling, and equipment configuration. Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively. Availability for travel and external work. Completed high school education.
