Thus, we seek professionals interested in advancing their knowledge through the opportunity to begin their careers with our company. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** Support the commercial area in administrative and operational processes, ensuring smooth sales flow. Act as a liaison between field teams, sales channels, and internal departments, ensuring data accuracy and responsiveness in customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Register, track, and update sales orders in the system (ERP TOTVS); * Provide support to RTVs and reseller channels regarding commercial inquiries, order status, and deliveries; * Monitor and update the sales order portfolio, flagging pending items and deadlines; * Generate sales reports, goal tracking reports, and commercial performance reports; * Support management of commercial contracts, documents, and sales terms; * Perform customer registration and maintenance, pricing tables, and commercial terms in the system; * Coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure proper order release, delivery, and billing; * Support campaigns, events, and product launches with strategic data and reports; * Maintain organization of physical and digital commercial documentation. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills; * Experience in the seed industry is a plus. **Interested?** Then join our team!
