Adapting increasingly to the needs of the import, export, and domestic markets, the company prioritizes excellence in container handling throughout Brazil, with a strong focus on multimodal integration. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Analytically and hands-on consolidating data from corporate systems and spreadsheets used by Terminal departments, ensuring information organization, reliability, and consistency; * Designing, updating, and maintaining Power BI dashboards to structure, develop, and enhance Terminal business intelligence (BI), supporting decision-making at operational, tactical, and managerial levels; * Conducting continuous analyses of data and performance indicators, actively participating in proposing and implementing initiatives, delivering critical insights and analyses to support decisions and process optimization; * Collaborating closely with PCP (Production Planning and Control) and Commercial Execution (CE) teams—not only through analytical monitoring but also via direct involvement in routines, controls, issue resolution, and demand execution; * Directly supporting Commercial Execution and PCP in planning, control, performance tracking, and operational results; * Providing hands-on analytical support to Commercial, Operational, and Management teams by generating reports, KPIs, analyses, and directly assisting in implementing improvements and actions aimed at enhancing Terminal performance and outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To excel in this role, you’ll need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields; * An analytical, hands-on profile with strong capabilities in interpreting, consolidating, and analyzing data—combined with practical engagement in business routines; * Proficiency in Power BI for designing, maintaining, and evolving dashboards; * Experience working with corporate systems and using spreadsheets for analysis, control, and execution of operational activities; * Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams—especially PCP, Commercial Execution, Operations, and Commercial. **Additional Information** **The 10 Brado Attitudes** Our Behavior in Action!
