Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Support the company and the accounting office in employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Support the company and the accounting office in time recording and verification for payroll closing. Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others). Manage electronic time tracking, including absences, late arrivals, and time bank balances. Maintain updated, organized, and controlled employee records and personnel files. Support the company and the occupational safety technician in activities and controls related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Provide assistance to employees, clarifying operational and administrative queries. Execute internal marketing initiatives. Screen resumes and support stages of the selection process. Conduct Recruitment & Selection processes according to departmental guidelines. Perform physical and digital document archiving, ensuring organization and traceability. Prepare simple management reports and internal area controls. Support organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, and employee engagement. Assist in organizing trainings, parties, and events. Support compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of Human Resources information. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Recruitment & Selection Assistant, Training & Development Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
