Responsibilities * Portioning (separating) food items * Using **griddle, deep fryer, and stove** * Plating dishes according to standards * Washing and organizing tableware * Keeping the kitchen clean and organized Most food items are pre-prepared by the franchise; heating, finishing, and plating must be performed according to training.
