Control and supervision of operational processes and security ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Position: Supervisor Location: Caxias do Sul Main Responsibilities: Responsible for overall management of the parking unit; Opening and closing cash registers; Verifying cash amounts, organizing funds, and performing bank deposits; Issuing parking tickets, monitoring vehicle entries and exits; Handling cash collections at the register and providing operational support; Providing customer service with courtesy, efficiency, and conflict resolution skills; Maneuvering vehicles while adhering to safety regulations; Recording, monitoring, and reporting incidents; Preparing and submitting daily reports on revenue, vehicle flow, and incidents; Managing operational supplies (tickets, printer rolls, equipment, etc.); Ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational procedures; Assisting in shift scheduling, guiding, and supervising staff; Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and security of the parking facility; Liaising with management to report results, needs, and improvement opportunities. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** ✅ Requirements: Prior experience in parking operations; Experience in operations or leadership roles; Basic knowledge of cash control and administrative routines; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and ability to maneuver vehicles; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility; Proactive, ethical profile with focus on results and customer service. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Salary: To be determined Transportation allowance ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** PJ
