Provide public service and inspect water/sewage connections **Job Mission** Carry out operational activities related to water supply and sewage collection/treatment systems, ensuring proper network functionality, service quality, and efficient user service. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **inspections of water and sewage connections**; * Perform **cut-offs, reconnections, and standardization** of service pedestals and branch lines; * Remove unauthorized connections and complete **incident reports and building inspection reports**; * **Install, replace, and calibrate water meters**; * Perform **hydraulic services** related to leaks in networks, transmission mains, branch lines, and valves; * Carry out **installation and maintenance of water and sewage systems**; * Perform **trench excavation, opening, compaction**, and site cleanup; * Measure **distribution network pressure** and perform **water chlorination**; * **Inspect water connections** and report unauthorized connections or registration discrepancies; * **Serve users**, deliver bills, informational notices, and notifications; * **Update commercial and technical records**; * Perform **meter reading transfers and debt installment arrangements**; * Carry out **leak repairs** and **material transportation**; * Prepare **mortar, concrete, and materials** for hydraulic construction work; * Assist in **physical\-chemical analyses** and quality control of processes; * Operate and maintain **water and sewage treatment plants** and **pumping stations**; * Operate **pumps, dosing equipment, and laboratory instruments**; * Maintain **equipment in perfect condition and cleanliness**; * Drive company vehicles **efficiently and safely**; * Comply with **safety, environmental, and quality regulations**, correctly using PPE; * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Desirable Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of hydraulics and sanitation; * Ability to work in teams and serve the public; * Driver's license category B.
