The agent will be responsible for providing customer support via phone, chat, and other company communication channels, aiming to resolve inquiries and issues, register incidents, and ensure the best customer experience with our offered services. Receptive and proactive customer support (phone, WhatsApp); Clarification of questions regarding provided services, plans, and bills; Recording of support interactions; Meeting quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets; Customer retention and maintenance of an excellent customer relationship; Technical support for our technicians and customers; * 12 PM to 2 PM / 6 PM to 10 PM * Proficiency with technology; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Prior experience in customer service; * Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets; * Basic knowledge of internet equipment; * Proactivity; * Organization and attention to detail; * On-site work: Mossoró \- RN * Rotating shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays If you are proactive, communicative, and enjoy helping people, join our team!
