We are seeking a **Senior Methods and Processes Analyst**, with robust experience and a systemic vision to **establish the processes function** within the company. The candidate will be responsible for leading analyses, standardizations, and continuous improvements, strategically optimizing production flow. **Responsibilities** * Structure, organize, and implement the methods and processes function. * Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements. * Conduct time and motion studies to increase efficiency and reduce waste. * Evaluate and improve production layout, operational workflows, and resource sizing. * Lead projects focused on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and standardization. * Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering departments to implement solutions. * Develop technical documentation, work instructions, and operational performance indicators. **Requirements** * Senior-level experience in methods and processes, continuous improvement, and productivity. * Proven industrial experience with proficiency in analysis and optimization tools. * Knowledge of time and motion studies, line balancing, and factory layout. * Ability to independently lead continuous improvement projects. * Critical, analytical, structured mindset with strong delivery orientation. * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Human Development Analyst Position
Act as a strategic partner to business units, promoting initiatives focused on human development, organizational culture, employee engagement, organizational climate, and performance. Identify HR needs and support managers in people management with an emphasis on results, organizational climate, and talent development.
