Work Location: Aracaju/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform maintenance service scheduling according to work orders (WOs) or as stipulated in the maintenance plan; * Maintain up\-to\-date WO records and controls, issuing reports and indicators as required; * Provide technical support to teams via telephone, clarifying doubts and offering solutions to challenges encountered; * Complete control spreadsheets; * Develop time and equipment tracking controls to ensure full fulfillment of requests within required timeframes; * Monitor services and track actions involved in related processes; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and actively foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
