Job Summary: Operations Coordinator to manage logistics operations teams, ensuring adherence to procedures, achievement of targets, and team development within an ethical and respectful environment. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who will coordinate teams responsible for collection, delivery, loading, unloading, warehousing, re-dispatch, and dispatch operations at the branch, meeting both customer and company expectations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor, ensure, and plan operations based on targets and sales. * Supervise the team, ensuring compliance with procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Develop and adhere to the departmental budget, generating reports and statistics for management. * Promote team development, motivation, and engagement. * Safeguard company assets, resources, and a positive organizational climate. * Perform related tasks as required by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; **Professional Experience** * Solid leadership experience is desirable. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Food Voucher; Health Assistance Plan; Dental Plan; Food Basket; PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Position and Salary Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Package" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off.
