Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers in accordance with factory requirements, maximizing revenue flow for the Enzo Group business unit. * Prepare and submit warranty claims for products and services, and manage reimbursement/substitution requests, ensuring submission of documents per established manual guidelines; * Review service orders related to warranty claims and verify completion of mandatory fields to ensure dossier approval; * Monitor warranty claim approvals to minimize rejections and/or reversals; * Manage the shipment of warranty parts according to pre\-established procedures, preventing damage caused by improper removal or use of inappropriate tools; * Ensure organized management of warranty processes and other departmental documents, guaranteeing timely access to information when required.
