Compliance risk identification and management A highway concessionaire is seeking a Compliance and Governance Analyst in Campo Grande. **Responsibilities:** Develop, review, and update policies, regulations, and manuals to ensure the company's systemic and regulatory compliance. Implement and monitor the compliance program, including the code of conduct, reporting channels, and training. Validate, standardize, and adapt the concessionaire's documentary structure to ensure compliance with infrastructure sector requirements. Identify compliance risks and manage and update institutional powers of attorney. Bachelor's degree required.
