Will you join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform blood collection from patients and installation of hemocomponents; * Monitor and execute the entire transfusion process; * Provide guidance and care for transfusion reactions; * Monitor transfusions by receiving service requests, evaluating criteria for request acceptance, preparing transfusions (immunohematological testing), and releasing hemocomponents; Participate in all routine activities related to hygiene, control, and material requisition; * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences; * Experience in transfusion processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems; * Residency in Campo Grande \- MS; * Availability to work during daytime and nighttime shifts. **Additional Information** * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher, medical assistance, and dental assistance * Internal commemorative campaigns; We are the largest specialized network in high-complexity hemotherapy and cellular therapy in the country.
