Job Summary: The professional will operate generating units via supervisory systems, performing startups, synchronizations, and monitoring critical variables, in addition to complying with dispatch instructions from the National Electric System Operator (ONS) and analyzing operational events. With the ambitious mission of innovating one of the country’s most important sectors, Delta actively works to deliver transformative solutions that directly impact the economy and the lives of thousands of people. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operation of Generating Units via Supervisory Systems (SCADA/DCS) Execution of startups, synchronizations, load ramp-up and load reduction Monitoring of critical variables (vibration, temperature, pressure, frequency, power) Compliance with dispatch requests from the ONS Preliminary analysis of operational events and response to contingencies Technical communication with maintenance teams in case of anomalies Detailed logging of incidents and preparation of shift reports **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields * Active registration with the Regional Council of Industrial Technicians (CRT) * Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal power plant operations (shift-based work) * Knowledge of industrial supervisory systems such as Mark V / SCADA or similar * Valid certifications in: * NR\-10 (Basic) * NR\-10 SEP (desirable, depending on direct responsibilities) * NR\-35 **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Voucher / Chartered Bus.
