Job Summary: This role involves elaborating and tracking schedules, registering contractors for various disciplines, and providing support for project execution, follow-up on materials, and resources. Control documents, projects, and field revisions Develop schedules, conduct monitoring, and register contractors for civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines to report progress, support contractors, and perform follow-up on required materials and resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop (macro and detailed) construction execution schedules for civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines, and monitor and control contracted services; Take photographic records of civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical contractors, preparing the Weekly Construction Report (WCR); Assist and monitor the preparation of the Daily Construction Report (DCR) by civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical contractors; Assist in the follow\-up of civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical materials, placing purchase requests when necessary to ensure resource availability; Control documents, projects, prints, and their field revisions for civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical contractors; Assist in collecting field pending items from civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical contractors, managing interferences, and planning the release of work fronts for civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines; Assist and monitor commissioning and start\-up of the plant for civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical contractors; Perform other daily Planning and Construction Execution Control activities as requested by the immediate supervisor, aiming to achieve departmental KPIs; Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory PPE during job and departmental activities; responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to personal or colleagues' health; Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals, and maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility, promptly reporting any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Professional experience preferred; **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; On-site meals.
