We have an opportunity for an **Internal Logistics Assistant** at the **Soprano TIPI Refrigeration Unit**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in the Unit’s logistics processes by separating orders using data collectors, verifying quantities, items, and other specifications, moving materials with hydraulic pallet jacks, making materials available for the next stage, and striving for accuracy. * Separate materials at loading docks according to invoices, and occasionally assist in truck loading and unloading. * Assist in receiving, addressing, and transferring materials between warehouses, verifying and organizing materials and transfer invoices to support inventory accuracy. * Assist in inventory activities by performing counts and reporting results to the responsible person, aiming to keep the system updated and maintain inventory accuracy. * Keep your immediate supervisor informed about departmental process issues so that appropriate actions can be taken. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as ensure proper care of equipment, documents, and files. * Perform work safely, using all mandatory and legally required PPE, and comply with internal occupational safety policies and regulations. * Perform additional tasks of similar nature and complexity as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or internal demand. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: To participate in this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: **Soprano Employee** * Minimum 4 months with the company. * Completed elementary education.
