




Job Summary: The Production Operator will be responsible for operations in supersack, blend plant, reprocessing, and product dispatch, ensuring safety, quality, and product compliance. Work in semi-autonomous teams with shared responsibilities **Mission:** Perform operations in the supersack, blend plant, product reprocessing, and product dispatch areas. For each operation, complete and enter all required records manually or via systems. Conduct equipment maintenance, cleaning and organization of work areas, and comply with safety, quality, and food safety procedures. Work within a semi\-autonomous team model featuring shared responsibilities and full operator involvement to achieve company-established results and targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure workplace safety to prevent near-misses/accidents through observation and adherence to safety regulations; actively participate in and support safety programs (e.g., DDS \- Daily Safety Dialogue, Reporting, audits, etc.). Report improvement opportunities to ensure safe operations. Perform lockout/tagout procedures prior to performing interventions on machinery and equipment. * Ensure continuity of supersack, blend plant, reprocessing and waste disposal, and product dispatch operations. Communicate activities and events accurately during shift handover. Understand processes and proactively identify and resolve process-related issues (e.g., root cause analysis, solution development, etc.) to avoid rework. * Ensure products meet all specified parameters. Monitor process parameters for each activity—whether from the control room or directly at equipment in operational areas—to guarantee safe operations and products meeting specifications. Conduct process analyses. Record produced volumes, load produced products, and accurately document all production records and other records ensuring product integrity and traceability. * Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and environmental audit programs; ensure adherence to Quality procedures; conduct basic analyses to maintain quality of the product being manufactured. Support pest control programs to prevent infestation. Report area-related Quality nonconformities. * Support maintenance programs; perform initial troubleshooting actions within the department; execute autonomous maintenance tasks to ensure proper equipment functionality; collaborate with the Maintenance Department for time- and labor-intensive activities. * Monitor CCPs (Critical Control Points) * Complete required technical and mandatory trainings (Occupational Safety; ADM WAY; Food Safety; Quality; Environment; area-specific trainings, etc.) **Key Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B required * Forklift operator training desirable * Availability to work on a 6x2 rotating schedule * Prior industrial experience is an advantage Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.660,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold forklift operator certification and have relevant experience?
