Job Summary: A professional responsible for technical training, incident management, legal documentation control, and occupational safety oversight at the branch. Key Highlights: 1. Technical training and operator qualification for mobile equipment 2. Incident and accident investigation management 3. Legal documentation control and CIPA implementation Conduct technical (specific) forklift operator training upon joining the company and whenever refresher training is required. Conduct qualification training for operators of mobile equipment such as onboard or non-onboard electric pallet jacks. Manage branch-level incident and accident investigations, providing technical evaluation support. Control legal documentation at the branch (PPRA, LTCAT, PCMSO, ASOS, PPP, AVCB, and others). Manage PPE records and supervise employee usage. Control and deliver mandatory trainings per corporate procedure. Enter and manage information in ADP and SOC systems to comply with e-Social requirements. Implement and monitor CIPA operations. Adhere to corporate Health and Occupational Safety procedures at the branch. Monitor branch action plans and submit monthly reports to the Quality Supervisor.
