Job Summary: The Nota 10 School seeks a professional to ensure the organization, discipline, and safety of students, support the pedagogical team, and mediate conflicts within the school environment. Founded in 1998, Nota 10 aims to develop transformative pedagogical projects for students, promoting full academic and social development throughout their lives. Over the years, the school has grown stronger, accumulated achievements, and is now the largest network of regular education in Mato Grosso do Sul, with six units across the state, accompanying students from Early Childhood Education through High School. If you are also passionate about empowering lives, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the organization, discipline, and safety of students across various school environments. * Monitor student entry, exit, breaks, and movement throughout the school. * Support the pedagogical team in implementing institutional norms and agreements. * Guide students regarding coexistence rules and appropriate conduct within the school environment. * Assist in conflict mediation and risk prevention. * Report relevant daily occurrences to the coordination team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in public service and routine management; * Familiarity with coexistence norms, discipline, and student care; * Prior experience in school environments, recreation, monitoring, or roles involving children and adolescents will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** * **Workload:** 44 hours per week * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from to (including lunch break), and Saturdays, from Present across Mato Grosso do Sul, we are the school entrusted with the mission of transforming dreams into reality through excellence in education—developing students’ skills and competencies so they may build their own identities and act empathetically and sustainably within society.
