Issue quality records when necessary, such as non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and design modifications. Conduct inspections for receipt of materials, suppliers, batching plants, and laboratories. Monitor, guide, and analyze technological control test results from contractors, and perform monitoring controls and their frequency—such as retrographic charts, sketches, mapping, and other tools. Support construction management in preparing and closing measurements by inspecting, evaluating, and confirming field-executed services through calculation records and photographic reports. Control acceptance of completed works according to established quality standards and current regulations, performing routine inspections and thorough evaluations between design, standards, procedures, and field execution. Provide technical/executive support to companies. Support environmental and occupational safety monitoring teams (contracted third parties) regarding compliance with laws, standards, and internal procedures. Assist your immediate supervisor in managing timesheets, banked hours, vacations, leaves of absence, and other people management processes for the team, collecting and tracking related employee data. Railways: Quality Control — Ensure quality control of civil works, meeting all project requirements and applicable standards, in accordance with inspection and testing procedures and plans, guaranteeing the safety of executed works and of customers and employees; Verify whether field inspections and approvals for critical civil work activities are being conducted considering project assumptions, standards, and quality requirements, generating appropriate evidence within established deadlines; Guarantee and document supplier audits concerning quality control of raw materials and finished products; Develop quality plans, construction execution procedures, and inspection checklist standards; Request training for supplier teams; Ensure calibration control of instruments used on-site; Ensure implementation of action plans arising from non-conformity resolution; Define guidelines for preparation and revision of technical documents to meet quality standards for third-party companies; Evaluate concrete, soil, aggregate, steel, pavement, and other tests, ensuring traceability; Control receipt of materials for construction, verify conformity with the project, validate quality certificates, and verify traceability; Prepare for quality audits, ensuring compliance with all quality requirements, including internal or external audits conducted by Motiva Trains units.
