Maintenance of up-to-date accounting and tax documentation If you are passionate about organization, numbers, and accounting routines, and wish to contribute to the accuracy of financial information in a collaborative and evolving environment, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities**: * Assist with accounting entries according to the standard ANS Chart of Accounts, adjusting possible discrepancies and supporting periodic closing to control the operator’s economic and financial movements; * Assist with the company’s accounting and tax routines, ensuring correct classification and recording of information; * Support analysis of withholding taxes on service invoices, ensuring correct application of current tax rates; * Assist with submission of ancillary obligations; * Assist with financial and accounting classification of tax documents, new service providers, and suppliers; * Stay updated on changes in federal, state, and municipal legislation, as well as ANS Normative Resolutions; * Assist with preparation, verification, and generation of accounting and tax reports; * Issue, control, and monitor monthly tax, labor, and ANS certificates; * Organize and maintain up-to-date accounting and tax documentation, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Support the accounting team and other departments in departmental routines. **Requirements**: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Knowledge of accounting and tax routines; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in health insurance operators or companies within the sector will be considered an advantage.
