***Job Description:*** Maintain equipment in perfect working condition, perform technical maintenance, general cleaning, supervise third-party personnel when resolving issues beyond our scope, conduct frequent tests and inspections of safety devices, preserve visual appearance, lighting at the site, and implement improvements—thereby aiming to ensure customer satisfaction. ***Responsibilities and Duties:*** * Perform operational servicing of PCs to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and parts; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; coordinate with vendors for technical repairs; configure software; maintain up-to-date visual communication at the site. * Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request replacement parts from Logistics via ETA system tools and carriers. * Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaires, contractors, or maintenance companies) to perform repairs on faulty equipment. * Continuously monitor equipment safety devices, checking for signs of tampering or attempted fraud. For this purpose, apply technical knowledge of system operation and use a test template, performing maintenance as needed. * Ensure proper signage and lighting at sites, and maintain visual aspects—including paint, stickers, dirt, etc.—using cleaning materials and replacement parts; additionally, engage contractors when tasks fall outside assigned responsibilities.
