Emphasis on workplace safety and organization Description: Responsibilities of the Opportunity Printing Machine Operation * Operate the printing machine according to productivity targets and predefined routines. * Meet product and service specification requirements. * Load ink and rolls into the machine. * Read and interpret the Manufacturing Order (MO). * Configure the machine according to MO specifications, ensuring technical accuracy. * Perform pre-registration on the printing machine. * Adjust pressure and color registration. * Regulate knives and perform knife and trough replacements. * Operate the equipment responsibly to ensure final product quality. Quality Control* Monitor ink viscosity, observing texture and tone to ensure perfect finishing. * Complete reports, checklists, and other documents related to the machine and quality management. * Remove printed rolls using an appropriate cart, register them in the computerized system, and store them properly. Maintenance and Monitoring* Continuously observe machine operation and report any irregularities to the supervisor. * Monitor necessary adjustments to ensure optimal printer performance. Documentation and Registration* Assist in completing reports and notes regarding performed activities. * Record movements, production, and timekeeping entries in the system. Organization and Cleaning* Assist in cleaning and organizing the sector. * Maintain an organized workplace to support efficiency and safety. Workplace Safety* Comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and protect health.
