Preventive maintenance and workplace safety Description: Responsibilities of the Opportunity Operating the Printing Machine * Operate the printing machine according to productivity targets and predefined routines. * Meet product and service specification requirements. * Load ink and rolls onto the machine. * Read and interpret the Manufacturing Order (MO). * Configure the machine according to MO specifications, ensuring technical accuracy. * Perform pre-registration on the printing machine. * Adjust pressure and color registration. * Regulate cutting blades and replace blades and ink troughs. * Operate equipment responsibly to ensure final product quality. Quality Control* Monitor ink viscosity, observing texture and tone to ensure perfect finishing. * Complete reports, checklists, and other documents related to the machine and quality management. * Remove printed rolls using an appropriate cart, register them in the computerized system, and store them properly. Maintenance and Monitoring* Continuously observe machine operation and report any irregularities to the supervisor. * Monitor necessary adjustments to ensure optimal printer performance. Documentation and Registration* Assist in completing reports and notes regarding performed activities. * Record movements, production output, and time entries in the system. Organization and Cleaning* Assist in cleaning and organizing the work area. * Maintain an organized workplace to enhance efficiency and safety. Workplace Safety* Follow occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Always use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and safeguard health. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Completed High School Education * 6 months of experience in the field Desirable Training and Courses* Teamwork * ISO 9001 Standards * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S * APPCC Program 2512100202181912695
