Pharmacy Operations Management\- Coordinate daily store activities to ensure efficient and compliant operations, supervising sales, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and goods receipt.2\. Personnel and Team Management\- Lead, evaluate, train, and motivate staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.3\. Financial and Performance Management\- Monitor unit financial indicators (sales, margin, expenses, losses) and implement sales action plans.4\. Customer Service and Service Excellence\- Ensure high standards of customer service by guiding and supporting staff to secure customer loyalty and strengthen the pharmacy's reputation.5\. Pharmaceutical Technical Management\- Comply with and enforce ANVISA and Regional Pharmacy Council regulations.6\.
