Job Summary: Assist in administrative processes and matters related to local Sanitary Surveillance, ensuring compliance and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for sanitary documentation and supervision of technical inspections. 2. Conducts self-inspections, temperature monitoring, and reviews SOPs. 3. Delivers Quality Assurance training and evaluates branch conditions. **Job Responsibilities:** Assist in administrative processes and matters related to local Sanitary Surveillance. **Detailed Description** * Responsible for issuance and renewal of the branch's sanitary documents; * Supervision of technical inspections conducted by customers and Sanitary Surveillance inspectors. * Conduct self-inspections and follow up on resolution of non-conformities; responsible for daily monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity, as well as refrigerator temperature and humidity; * Monitor temperature and humidity records of support branches; * Monitor transportation conditions and ensure temperature control of vehicles; * Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals in accordance with sanitary legislation; * Responsible for delivery and follow-up of Quality Assurance training, such as: handling of temperature-sensitive products, temperature control, and good transportation practices; * Evaluate physical conditions and technical requirements of the branch; responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable legislation (RDC 430/2020\). * Assist in administrative processes, such as: product returns and cancellation of branch receipts; * Support logistics processes. **WORK SCHEDULE: TUESDAY TO SATURDAY: 1:00 PM TO 5:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.195,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold an active CRF registration? * What is your CPF? * Are you available to work on the schedule: TUESDAY TO SATURDAY, 1:00 PM TO 5:00 PM?
