




Job Summary: Responsible for full fleet and equipment movement process management, optimizing mobile equipment utilization and managing budgets to ensure operational efficiency. Predictive, preventive, and corrective fleet maintenance and personnel management **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Experience in mobile equipment management within industries such as mining, sugarcane-alcohol, forestry, steelmaking, port logistics, or general logistics; Knowledge of fleet sizing and equipment maintenance management; Familiarity with CAPEX and OPEX concepts, with experience in budget management; Experience in fleet primarization projects; Experience with yellow-line machinery, trucks, and forestry equipment. Knowledge of fleet management software and preventive maintenance systems. Willingness to reside in remote locations and undertake frequent travel. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for full fleet and equipment movement process management in remote environments, regardless of fleet management modality (primarization/rental/contracted service), including operations, maintenance, and fleet sizing.; Develop primarization or other initiatives delivering corporate benefits, optimize mobile equipment utilization, and manage budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) to ensure operational and financial efficiency; Responsible for technical/economic analysis of equipment, and management of raw material and product transportation operations; Responsible for predictive, preventive, and corrective fleet maintenance, as well as personnel management.
