They must demonstrate responsibility, organization, and willingness to acquire new knowledge, integrating theory and practice in a corporate environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in administrative tasks such as document organization, filing, and updating records. * Support internal and external customer service, providing assistance to team members and clients. * Collaborate with the assigned department, monitoring processes and learning the department’s routine. * Populate spreadsheets and systems under supervision, ensuring information remains up to date. * Support workplace organization, contributing to a clean and productive environment. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company and partner institutions. * Develop professional and behavioral skills aligned with Real H’s mission and values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (minimum 2nd year) — or enrolled in a technical course or equivalent formal education * Availability for an 8-hour daily work schedule per apprenticeship program regulations (4 hours at the company and 4 hours at Senai) * Must be committed, responsible, proactive, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate eagerness to learn; * Enrollment in theoretical coursework (offered by a partner institution) is mandatory; * Note: For male candidates, military service registration (Reservist status) is mandatory; * Availability to work in the Três Lagoas outbound region **Additional Information** * Fixed salary; * Semiannual bonus; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals (breakfast and lunch); * Semiannual award; * Caju Multibenefits Card.
