Visit www.sabin.com.br or follow us on our official social media: LinkedIn Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| Instagram @sabinmedicinadiagnostica \| Facebook Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| **Responsibilities and Duties*** Oversee the local business in its entirety, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. * Coordinate and monitor key regional operational areas: NTO, administrative departments, operational departments, patient service/collection, and maintain relationships with local physicians. * Implement the Group’s and Regional Managers’ strategic plans and defined objectives. * Monitor and control performance indicators and propose action plans. * Drive brand consolidation in the region and represent the Group in external activities. * Promote and support initiatives led by Instituto Sabin, the GPTW model, and people management practices. * Organize, monitor, and execute the regional strategic plan. * Ensure alignment with and execution of the Group’s strategic map. * Monitor key performance indicators and propose action plans. * Ensure excellent market relationships. * Guarantee compliance adherence. * Ensure availability of supplies for the region. * Encourage talent retention practices. * Conduct legal and tax status diagnosis and monitoring for the region. * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently. * Attend 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization. * Preserve and safeguard company assets. * Understand the company’s vision and mission. * Comply with company and departmental regulatory standards. * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company. * Apply 5S practices. * Perform other duties related to those described above, at the discretion of the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * Experience in customer service. * Experience in team management; * Commercial mindset and performance indicator management skills; * Technical area experience; * Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a significant advantage; * Basic knowledge of Biosafety; * Knowledge of Health Insurance Agreements and Collection Standards **Additional Information** Workload: 44 hours per week * **Benefits designed for your daily life:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance, Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * **Benefits for Your Health and Well-being:** Health and Dental Plans, Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave, and Life Insurance; * + *Benefits are subject to change.* A healthcare reference, distinguished in people management and female leadership, committed to sustainable best practices and actively engaged in the communities where it operates, Grupo Sabin was founded in Brazil’s federal capital, born from the courage and determination of two entrepreneurs, Janete Vaz and Sandra Soares Costa, in 1984\.
