We are seeking an IT Support Assistant to join our IT team. **Your responsibilities will include:** Managing user accounts and groups, ensuring appropriate system access per the company's information security policies; Receiving, logging, and resolving technical support tickets, providing guidance and assistance to users regarding IT resources such as e\-mail, internet, telephone, network cables, corporate mobile phones, and Wi\-Fi networks; Performing computer maintenance, formatting, and cleaning to ensure proper equipment functionality; Executing preventive maintenance routines, including updates, cleaning, and performance and temperature checks; Installing and configuring software applications according to internal users' needs; Managing the distribution of IT equipment (e.g., notebooks) to employees, performing initial device setup and required software installation; Maintaining organized and functional network infrastructure (cabling, Wi\-Fi, connections); Supporting corporate meetings and events, ensuring full functionality of technological resources; Participating in IT infrastructure improvement projects and initiatives, collaborating with the support team; Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed degree in Networking, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Knowledge of computer maintenance; Experience with maintenance and installation of Windows 10/11 operating systems; Benefits Unimed Health Plan (after probationary period).
