Job Summary: Lead and manage the sales team, monitor performance, set targets, and handle complex negotiations—with emphasis on team development and operational compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous team development through training and feedback Responsibilities and Duties: * Lead and manage the sales team, monitoring individual and collective performance. * Conduct daily alignment meetings to define targets (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Monitor performance indicators (conversion rate, average transaction value, productivity, and quality). * Deliver training sessions, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct refresher courses for team development. * Directly handle complex negotiations and dealings with strategic clients. * Define and implement corrective and preventive action plans based on performance analysis. * Ensure strict adherence to regulations, internal policies, and operational compliance. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in managing sales teams (experience in financial or retail sectors is a plus). * Strong ability to lead meetings and analyze performance indicators. * Intermediate proficiency in computer applications (Excel for reporting and management systems). * Analytical, proactive profile with excellent conflict-resolution skills. * **Must reside in Dourados.** Compensation and Additional Benefits: * **Base Salary:** R$ 2.026,00 (CLT employment regime). * **Variable Compensation:** Commissions, bonuses, and performance-based incentives. Benefits: * Meal Allowance (R$ 18.50 per workday). * Transportation Allowance Work Schedule and Hours: * **Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday). * **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
