Therefore, we invite you to unlock your potential with this new career opportunity: We are seeking internal candidates for the position of External Quality Technician at the MS Plant in Campo Grande/MS, reporting to Humberto Dionisio Silva Rubim, QUALITY COORDINATOR **Position Responsibilities:** * Audit Quality processes through visits to operational units, regional distributors, and customers, applying the Good Storage Practices checklist. * Report visit findings and observed deviations in product handling, storage, and distribution processes to interfacing departments. * Conduct meetings with operational units, regional distributors, and commercial teams to advance topics impacting final product quality. * Provide technical support to operational units, commercial teams, regional distributors, and customers regarding quality processes. * Conduct internal (distribution and commercial) and external (regional distributors and customers) training on Good Handling, Storage, and Transportation Practices for products. * Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives for Quality indicators. **Profile Requirements:** * Education: Completed Technical School degree in Environmental Technology, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields * Driver's License: Class B or higher (provisional and/or permanent) Active CRQ registration * At Coca\-Cola FEMSA, we are committed to providing equal development opportunities for all candidates, regardless of origin, race, marital status, age, political opinion, gender, creed, cultural affiliation or union membership, social or economic class, family situation, pregnancy, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, illness, nationality or migration status, and/or any other reason.
