Skills in mechanics, welding/machining, and metrology CAMPO GRANDE Brazil Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, and Utilities **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute predictive maintenance plans according to the established criticality of equipment. * Perform maintenance activities in a planned manner, thoroughly documenting executed procedures, including replaced parts and repairs performed. * Conduct maintenance on various industrial equipment, such as centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, protein/oil filling machines, and screw/Redler conveyors. * Perform laser alignment on rotating equipment to ensure proper operation and reduce wear. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment to identify anomalies, signs of wear, or potential failures indicating the need for intervention. * Use technical materials, such as service manuals and diagrams, to support repair execution and fault identification. * Request replacement parts whenever necessary to ensure continuity of operations and equipment safety. * Strictly comply with **EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)** and **Quality** policies and standards. **Key Requirements:** * Education in **Mechanics or related fields**; * Proficiency in **mechanical fabrication, welding, or machining**; * Certification or knowledge in **metrology**; * Familiarity with **technical drawing**; * Strong **safety awareness**, with attention to regulations and procedures; * Knowledge of **Microsoft Office Suite**; * **Flexibility in working hours.** **\#IncluindoVocê** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
