Your contribution will be essential to ensure products reach the sales team and partners accurately, on time, and according to established standards. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting logistics department routines, including sorting, verification, shipping, and receiving of materials (POS devices and physical products), ensuring deadlines are met. * Creating freight orders, entering sales orders into the SGV system, and tracking request status until final delivery. * Managing and organizing documents and files in Drive, monitoring additional orders, and tracking potential freight limit overruns. * Communicating freight limit overruns via e\-mail to authorize shipments. * Conducting inventory counts by cross-referencing system data with physical stock and reporting discrepancies to management. * Organizing products in inventory using the FIFO methodology to ensure optimal control and turnover. * Verifying, packing, labeling, routing, and dispatching orders, as well as issuing or requesting invoices and bank slips when necessary. * Updating order receipt and delivery statuses in internal systems. * Assembling promotional kits, applying SIM card stickers, affixing mandatory labels, and testing/configuring POS devices, with corresponding entries recorded in the B.I. system. * Receiving, storing, shipping goods, and managing reverse logistics for SIM cards and equipment (POS devices). * Sorting returned POS devices and terminals, processing system write-offs (B.I. and SGV), and validating conditions for restocking or reshipment. * Receiving invoices in JDE and submitting them to SGV. * Preparing operational control reports and supporting the sales force in logistical requests. * Performing other related duties as required by the department. **Work Location:** Campo Grande/MS **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, we seek individuals eager to learn, grow, and build trusted relationships with our partners. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Familiarity with logistics and inventory control concepts **Competencies and Skills:** * Discipline and organizational skills to manage operational routines * Sense of urgency and attention to deadlines * Teamwork and strong communication skills * Proactivity in resolving day-to-day tasks * Planning and organizational skills for order and inventory control **Additional Information** * Medical and Dental Insurance * TotalPass partnership * Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Christmas Bonus * SESC membership * Free medical consultations via Conexa Saúde * PET benefits through Guapeco (discounts and benefits for pet care) * Transportation Allowance In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you’ll also have access to Uniway — our corporate learning platform — offering courses and training to support your professional growth.
