Your work will be essential to guaranteeing that products reach the sales team and partners correctly, within established deadlines and standards. Your main responsibilities will include: * Assisting with daily logistics department tasks — including sorting, verification, shipping, and receiving of materials (POS devices and physical products), ensuring compliance with deadlines. * Creating freight orders, entering sales orders into SGV, and tracking request status until final delivery. * Managing and organizing documents and files in Drive, monitoring additional orders, and tracking potential freight limit overruns. * Communicating freight limit overruns via e\-mail to authorize shipments. * Conducting stock counts by cross-referencing system data with physical inventory and reporting discrepancies to management. * Organizing products in inventory using FIFO methodology to ensure optimal control and turnover. * Verifying, packing, labeling, routing, and dispatching orders — as well as issuing or requesting invoices and bank slips when necessary. * Updating order receipt and delivery statuses in internal systems. * Assembling promotional kits, applying chip stickers, affixing mandatory labels, and testing/configuring POS devices — recording all actions in the B.I. system. * Receiving, storing, shipping goods, and managing reverse logistics for chips and equipment (POS). * Sorting returned POS devices and terminals, performing system write-offs (B.I. and SGV), and validating conditions for restocking or reshipment. * Receiving invoices in JDE and submitting them to SGV. * Preparing operational control reports and supporting the sales force in logistics-related requests. * Performing other related duties as required by the department. **Work Location:** Campo Grande/MS **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, we seek individuals eager to learn, grow, and build trusted relationships with our partners. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Familiarity with logistics and inventory control principles **Competencies and Skills:** * Discipline and organization to manage operational routines * Sense of urgency and attention to deadlines * Teamwork and strong communication skills * Proactivity in resolving day-to-day demands * Planning and organizational abilities for order and inventory control **Additional Information** * Medical and Dental Assistance * Partnership with TotalPass * Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Christmas Bonus * SESC Membership * Free medical consultations via Conexa Saúde * PET Care Partnership with Guapeco (discounts and benefits for pet care) * Transportation Allowance In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you’ll also gain access to Uniway — our corporate learning platform — offering courses and training programs to support your professional growth.
