Job Summary: The professional will monitor risk events via embedded technology and vehicle telematics systems, analyze incidents, classify and register them, perform immediate interventions, issue notifications and generate penalties, prepare operational reports and performance indicators, support trend identification, ensure evidence traceability, and act in alignment with the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and analyze risk events from embedded technology and vehicle telematics. 2. Carry out interventions and issue notifications/penalties in accordance with policies. 3. Prepare reports, identify trends, and ensure traceability. Monitor risk events identified by embedded technology and vehicle telematics systems; Analyze incidents related to behavioral risk elements specified in internal, client, and legal policies; Classify and record events according to technical criteria and procedures established by the carrier and clients; Perform immediate interventions when applicable (contact with driver and/or leadership); Issue formal notifications and generate disciplinary penalties in accordance with the current Disciplinary Action Policy; Forward incident and penalty documentation to SSMA responsible personnel and involved leadership; Prepare operational reports and performance indicators related to monitored events; Support identification of behavioral trends and propose preventive actions; Ensure traceability and organization of evidence (images, videos, and system-generated reports); Act in alignment with the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines.
