




Job Summary: Professional to assist with document reconciliation, spreadsheet control, quotation and purchase of vehicle parts, and general support for logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with invoice reconciliation and expense reporting 2. Quotation and purchase of vehicle parts for the company 3. Control and entry of fuel spreadsheet data · Assist with invoice and expense report reconciliation. · Perform quotation and purchase of vehicle parts for the company; · Assist with controlling fuel spreadsheets and vehicle checklists; · Perform vehicle checklists and record entries in the system; · Enter and manage fuel spreadsheets in the system; · Receive and verify products and invoices; · Responsible for meeting billing deadlines agreed upon with suppliers; · Monitor and verify billing agreed upon with suppliers; · Support inventory reconciliation. · Assist with travel expense settlement with drivers and verification of related documentation. · Perform other related and similar tasks. Immediate start availability. Experience in a transportation company is a plus.
