




Job Summary: Back office professional responsible for client registration, contract drafting, order management, consultant support, and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Back Office, administrative, commercial, or customer service roles 2. Knowledge of contracts, commercial processes, and administrative routines 3. Proficiency with internal systems, ERP, and digital tools Register new clients; Draft terms and contracts; Review and prepare consultants' travel reports; Issue sales/leasing orders; Assign equipment to client records; Create service orders for new business; Request equipment pickup from logistics providers; Route client inquiries to the appropriate departments for resolution; Generate commission and incentive reports for consultants; Complete and create Excel spreadsheets. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory). * Prior experience in Back Office, administrative, commercial, or customer service roles. * Basic knowledge of contracts, commercial processes, and administrative routines. * Proficiency with internal systems, ERP, and digital tools. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Intermediate Excel proficiency.
