Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support general financial tasks, procurement, customer service, and information organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with general financial tasks and bank reconciliation. 2. Preparation of documents, emails, and internal/external communication. 3. Maintenance of databases with accurate and up-to-date information. We are currently looking for a Financial Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Campo Grande/MS. Responsibilities: Support for general financial tasks, accounts payable—including recording invoices and bank slips in the system, bank entries, cash register verification, bank reconciliation, and financial spreadsheet adjustments. Procurement of office supplies and inventory, and making purchase recommendations as needed. Preparation of documents, emails, and internal/external communication. Handling incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to appropriate team members when necessary. Preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintaining and updating company databases and systems with accurate and up-to-date information. Daily expense report adjustments. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Previous experience in accounting/finance roles is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Basic calculation and negotiation skills, including real and presumed profit.
